For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about food.  While enjoying a rewarding career for 35 years, I was lucky to have lived in the Midwest and Southwest, US as well as Asia, all while exploring the different tastes of the regions. Along the way I was hosting my family and friends personally modifying recipes and entertaining.
